The vision behind this gathering is to help establish a wineskin for a marketplace discipleship movement, specifically to help young marketplace professionals to be connected with older mentors in their specific fields that have years of experience of advancing the kingdom of God in their industry.
The goal is threefold:
- Bridge generations for discipleship so we don’t have to reinvent wheel every generation. Through relationship, we can receive the inheritance and victories of previous generations in our fields and industries.
- Advance the kingdom of God in the marketplace as a community. We are called to be fruitful and multiply. This primarily happens through multiplying ourselves through one-on-one discipleship.
- Cast vision for a global marketplace missionary mentality and how to practically advance the kingdom of God in Asia and Africa when we do business there.
